Over the past year or so I’ve had to call them out a handful of times for different projects, some small, some a little bigger, and they’ve never once let me down. Every electrician I’ve met from their team has been professional, respectful of my time, and just easy to work with. They show up when they say they will, get the job done without dragging it out, and leave everything neat when they’re finished. What I appreciate most is the consistency. A lot of companies are great the first time, then slip on the second or third job. Not these guys. Each time, the experience has been just as solid. Their pricing has always been fair, no hidden surprises, and I’ve felt comfortable recommending them to my own clients as well as family and friends. That’s not something I do lightly, but I know they’ll take care of people the same way they’ve taken care of me. If you’re looking for an electrician you can actually count on, reliable, courteous, and reasonably priced, I’d honestly say give Reliant Electrical a try. As a first-time homeowner, I was overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done — until I reached out to Reliant Electric. From the very first call, Kevin, the owner, exceeded all expectations. He got back to me right away and even came out to see my house the same day! He took the time to thoroughly review my inspection report, answered every question with patience and clarity, and made sure I understood the entire process from start to finish. What really stood out was how committed Kevin was to doing things the right way. He made sure every part of the job was permitted and up to code — no shortcuts, no pushback, just total professionalism. He respected my concerns and was completely transparent throughout the process. 5 out of 5 starsKevin came out to look at the problem I had at my house and told me what exactly he saw and what I needed. They did the job 2 days after the we accepted the quote. It took a day and they did a great job. I was at work and they were able to send me a video of what they did and how to work the new electrical panel breakers. The next day after they finished the job, my dryer wasn’t working. So I reached back out to Kevin and he came the next day to help figure out what was wrong. Kevin’s team is patient, kind and honest.
